We had a great experience with this company. The two guys that came were very professional and courteous. They identified the problems, explained the costs of replacing the fixture if they couldn’t repair it but fortunately they were able to repair it.

Nathan came out to look at a leak. He was very thorough at checking all of the potential sources, explaining what he needed to do, and quoted us a reasonable price before quickly taking care of the issue.We appreciate how professional and efficient he was, and we will definitely use Bob Larson for future plumbing services.

How do you criticize someone who gets a call about a plumbing problem at 8 am and arrives at 10:30 am that same day and fixes the problem before noon? You cant. These guys are the best and probably deserve the money they got. Couldnt have been more impressed. Thank you.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We offer flat rate pricing. That means we have a 59$ dispatch fee to come out to and go over the job with you. That lets us come up with a firm price that won't change if the job takes us any longer. If you want to move forward with the work that day, the dispatch fee will get rolled into the job.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We like to make sure we get any necessary information from you up front so the process can me smooth and fast. That includes your name, phone number, address, email address, and any important information regarding what we may be coming out for.
