Our business location had a freak window fracture and TN Glass came right out, professionally measured and in working with them, as well as insurer, was able to get the window removed and replaced in a timely manner.

Was the only one out of three companies who offer free quotes that physically came out and took measurements of my window. The other two quotes had me send pictures with measurements. So for peace of mind and with a fair and reasonable price quote that was in the middle of the other two, I went with TN Glass. We paid half down to get the window ordered, which took approx two weeks, then paid the balance once was the window was installed and approved by me. The installlers were polite and on time and took precautions like wearing foot covers over their shoes - and with two of them, they had the window installed within about half an hour. So the whole process was smooth and the people from the front office who scheduled to the gentleman to came out and measured, and finally to the installers, all were pleasant to deal with. I would hire again in a second if I ever break another window.

TN Glass installed glass shower doors in our daughter's newly remodeled bathroom. The process was seamless from the first phone call to set up a measurement and get a bid to the final install. Workers were professional and communication was top notch. I would highly recommend them!

TN Glass Install provides true wraparound service. We started our window project with a thorough and insightful estimate with Josh, who took the time to understand our vision. He gave us options, explained the products, and ensured that we made a thoughtful decision customized for our needs. A few days later, Nadeem, the owner, returned with Josh to review our selection. He is a smart and kind man who really cares about not only his customers, but the staff he employees. My husband had a wonderful interaction with Aurora, who works in the office, and ended the conversation feeling that all his concerns and questions had been answered. After a few weeks the windows were ready and install began. We have done over a dozen improvements on several homes over the last decade and the contractor/repair process with most companies can be delayed, stressful, and just plain awkward if the crew is not up to par. Install leader Johanzem runs his crew like a true leader with not only exacting standards but kindness and clarity. Sebastian, Wyatt, and Josiah are all amiable guys who make you feel like you have friends over instead of coarse ruffians as we have had the misfortune of opening our home to in the past with other laborers. This company has a sense of family, honor, and integrity and they are just a delight to have around. The install was done well and quickly in only two days. Two additional items need to be ordered and installed and I can honestly say we are so looking forward to seeing them again! This company operates at the highest standard and deserves 10 stars if that were possible. 100% recommend.

Greta experience start to finish. Was able to get out for an estimate hours after our first contact, and get the job completed in about 3 weeks(including the wait for materials). Had four panes of double pane glass windows replaced. Great value; was almost $1500 lower than previous quotes! Will keep in mind for future job!
