After spending the last 20 years bouncing in and out of a vast array of yoga studios, I decided it was time to restructure the studio experience. Whether you're still not sure what namasté means or you're a seasoned yogi, you are worthy of a weekly retreat into your true self. There are tremendous benefits to cultivating a deeper yoga practice. Our sessions are tailored to your interests and desires. This highlighted passage from the book "Meditation from the Mat" by Rolf Gates is who see Jenni as. Each session I have is never the same because she personalizes it by checking in with me to see how I'm doing and based on that she starts the session. She's an intuitive, caring, thoughtful, watchful, thorough person and because of that she seems to always know what's needed in each of my yoga sessions with her. Jenni is amazing! She arrived with bolsters and blocks and essential oils. She had beautiful music and a wonderful practice of Yin and Yang, focused on breathing technique and poses with just the right mix of strength training and restoration.
