Doing yoga with Megan helped me recover and strenghten my foot after i fractured it a few months ago. She taught me routines i still do now on my own and has continued to help with my recovery and more than that with my confidence because now i feel i can achieve more phisically and internally. Shes an amazing trainer/life coach, her positive energy and driven personality are both very contagious and have been a great influence. Thanks Megan! :)

Megan is an awesome personal trainer and an inspiration to follow on Facebook. I first met Megan at the gym when I was living in Tacoma, Washington. I joined the gym and got a free personal training session. Megan was the trainer they set me up with. She did an amazing job of showing me and getting me on a better diet. I then took her spin classes and we began to train together for my first half marathon. I completed my first half marathon with Megan. It was an amazing feeling! I now live in Des Moines, Iowa. I still follow Megan on Facebook and she still motivates me through her pictures and upbeat posts. She does a great job and has a true passion for personal trainer, health, and fitness. I wish I lived closer to train with her! She's very inspiring and great a great teacher/motivator.

Megan revolutionized my workouts! I used to think that simply going to the gym and using the elyptical was enough...and didn't know why I never lost any weight. Working out with Megan, I lost almost 45 lbs-learned how to actually SWEAT while working out. I slept better, ate better, looked amazing, and loved my results. She changed my life! Her nutrition plan actually saved my life-I had food allergies I wasn't aware of-I'm so grateful that I met her (and learned to do burpies)

I cant thank Megan enough for preparing me for my fitness test. She took my requirements and created new, tough workouts each day to improve my strength and cardio. She's an awesome personal trainer and even a better person, highly recommend!

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    One of my clients Jessica, started training with me after losing 30lbs on her own. She was dedicated, consistent, and coachable. She ended up losing a total of 50lbs ! She decided her next goal was to run a half marathon. After successfully running that race together a year ago, we just recently finished our first Tough Mudder race in San Diego. She has kept the weight off for several years and lives a balanced healthy lifestyle....THAT is my favorite kind of success story!
