Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Learn effective forms of self-defense which will allow you to thwart off an attack from an aggressor no matter how big or strong he/she is. Learn the art which the late Great Bruce Lee began with and based many of his philosophies on. Gain self-confidence that will last with you a lifetime as well as proven skills you can rely on in a time of emergency. Get a good workout while improving body coordination and having fun interaction with a group of like-minded individuals. We offer an affordable rate! Here, at Emerald City Self Defense, we offer all of the above and more for kids ages 6 and up as well as adults. We teach Wing Tsjun kung fu/submission wrestling/jiu jitsu/kickboxing. We have multiple classes on Monday through Friday in the evening and Saturday morning and afternoon. We ask that you call for class times as we are continuously adding classes with increased demand. For the cost-conscience, we do have a weekend warrior rate which is extremely affordable and will allow one to begin their training! Kids classes run for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. The age group for the kids is 4 to 6 and 8 to 12. They will learn discipline, body coordination, how to resolve a conflict without physical confrontation, what to do when an adult is threatening, and get a good workout. The goal is to make it as fun as possible while learning important life skills. The adult classes are very technical and can be physically demanding, depending on the class taken and the goal of the student. The students will learn proper reflexes for countering various attacks from bigger and stronger aggressors, how to strike in the most effective manner for finishing an altercation and techniques for controlling an attacker without having to do physical harm. The tuition for both kids and adults is very reasonable. Come down and try it out for a free week trial! Private and group lessons are also available. Call or e-mail today! Sihing Adrian
