We typically provide an hourly rate with a proposed estimate for each unique project. Estimates can vary based on the project's requirements, such as plans, elevations, site plans, window & door schedules, renderings, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with an initial phone consultation, followed by an on-site meeting to discuss the project requirements. If the project allows we can offer all of the following services: - Initial Consultation - Concept Development - Schematic Design - Design Development - Construction Documents - Bidding and Negotiation - Construction Administration - Project Closeout - Post-Occupancy Evaluation
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed architect in the state of Washington, specializing in residential, commercial, and multifamily architecture. I have gained valuable experience working at top architecture firms in the Pacific Northwest.
