David was quick, honest, inexpensive, knowledgeable and true joy to work with. We didn't know what was wrong with our computer because it wouldn't turn on. It could have been something small, like the power source or it could have something big like the mother board. He was quick at diagnosing the problem and getting back to us. He could have chosen to milk us for the "bigger" problem but he was honest and told us that it was only the cheap problem. One day later we had our computer back and up and running. This was a blessing. All the other bids had the repair taking over 5 days. It is a Dell computer, so I called them about repairing it. They wanted us to pay them over $300 just to send us a box. They didn't know what was wrong but it would cost $300 and at least 10 business days after we from when we shipped it (in the box they charged $300), no matter what was wrong with it. I told them I had to talk to my dad, they said they would call me back tomorrow (they never did). David, went out of his way to make things easy on us. He drove part way so that we didn't have to drive all the way out to his shop. The repair was done in less than 24 hours. He was polite, professional and his cost was half every one else. I don't need computer assistance very often, but he will be the first call I make anytime I need computer help and the only person I refer. Only down side and it really isn't a down side for me, but could be for others - he doesn't take credit. He only takes cash or checks. I know for some that can be a problem.
