- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to provide very competitive pricing making sure the customer is provided honest and fair pricing. Second we have to make sure we are compensated fairly and obviously expenses are covered. Our customers are always are always happy with our pricing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For larger jobs we ask half of the labor & materials cost to be paid after agreed estimate at time of scheduling the work. All other types of smaller jobs such as pressure washing for example or anything that is 1-3 days of work with minimal materials we never ask for any payment in advance. Only after the job has been completed and the customer is happy with the service we provided. For any reason if a customer was not more than satisfied we will make sure they are before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of all types of construction experience ranging from Excavating to roofing and everything in between. Over 5 years as a heavy Equipment operator, Pipe Layer for storm, water, sewer and electrical conduit. 5-6 years as a framer, 3 years roofing, 2 years as garage door installer, 1 year gas fireplace installer, Drywall installations and repairs on going through many years of doing side work remodeling, plumbing, siding installation, electrical and finally opening a business to continue utilizing all of these trade skills.
