I can't say enough good things about Pilot Plumbing. From the moment I called, they were incredibly responsive and professional. I found Pilot plumbing and drain online. Seeing that they had stellar reviews. I went ahead and scheduled to have a free estimate. I was given a price on site. I was happy with the price so I went ahead with the repair. Brandon did an excellent job. He was on time very professional. Made the repair and cleaned up after himself. Very satisfied with my experience. I will definitely be using this company moving forward for all of my plumbing needs.

I was able to go into the office and meet the operations manager and have a good conversation with him. He was a very respectful person and showed immense character and care for making sure the right people work for Go Pilot Plumbing.
I also got to speak with the owner and he's a very pleasant guy as well. Very inquisitive and kind to others and wants to make sure the company runs well and provides a great service.
Even with the crew, with the little I spoke to them, they were very welcoming and real people.
All around a great experience and time visiting.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We conduct a thorough inspection before making an assessment and providing options to customers. We usually have an $89 diagnostic fee during business hours that we waive if the customer chooses to proceed with any of the options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we get the information about your needs. We'll then get you on the schedule for a time that works best for you. Next, we dispatch a technician to assess the work that needs to be done. The technician will then run diagnostics to verify that no other issues are causing the problem you're experiencing. Finally, we can either do the work on-site the same day, or we can schedule the job for a time that works best for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Journey man plumber in every van and we do job site training in our main office. We also conduct weekly, monthly assessment and continuous improvement.
