This was not a pleasant situation but these guys were wonderful, they came in and cleaned everything up, secured it and are coming back monthly to check on the situation. We wanted a skunk removed. Since it wasn’t sleeping in the area they closed off access points. Wasn’t upsold which I have experienced with other pest control companies.

Dru is excellent! He's very responsive and helpful. So far 9 rats have been caught! 7 alive and released and 2 dead. He's very thorough too -- highly recommend!

I cannot rave enough about Safenest. Hand down the best experience. They did a free inspection of the crawl space and showed detailed pictures of what looked like light rodent infestation, some dead and decayed animals and some holes in the crawlspace vent. there was also chewing off someof the vapour barrier and some wires down there.
They explained the whole process very well, gave the best quote and shared pictures later of how they did the fixes. They fixed up the vents, put up traps for rodents and came back a week later to nutralize the area and fogged it. they even fixed the vapour barrier, chewed on electrical wire casings and removed all the remaining dead matter.
Hands down amazing attention to detail, punctual and know what they are doing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a few different discounts! We apply 10% off to our services for customers that are 65 and older, or 15% off if you are a veteran and over 65.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in this industry approximately 5 years ago, and I didn’t start in wildlife but started by taking care of lawns! Over the years I learned more about specialty and general pest control and then landed in wildlife exclusively for the past 3 years. It’s been a great experience for me, and I’ve gained so much knowledge and respect for this industry.
