We worked with David at Evergreen Remodeling on a partial kitchen renovation and new flooring throughout our home, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Having managed several home improvement projects over the years, this was by far the smoothest and most reliable experience we’ve had with a contractor.
David communicated consistently and was transparent about pricing from day one. We never felt like we were being upsold or pushed to spend more than necessary. Instead, he offered thoughtful recommendations throughout the project and was always responsive whenever we had questions. His crew was professional, punctual, and respectful of our home.

David and his two men and electrician did a great job demolishing a half wall, doing drywall and painting of the adjacent wall and ceiling, and relocating an electrical plug from the half wall to the adjacent wall. They expertly matched the texture of the adjacent wall and ceiling.
Before starting demolition, the crew were careful to tape off the area with plastic to contain dust and debris.
David communicated well with me about the job, did the estimate, and scheduled the job. His two men and the electrician did the hands-on work. The work was scheduled quickly after I accepted the estimate and they completed the work in one day. The entire job went well including good communication, skilled workmanship, and good clean up. I highly recommend David and his crew.

Can't say enough good things about working with Dave and his Evergreen Renewal Services crew. They did a kitchen upgrade for me, moving and reshaping an island, and re-tiling all the counters. They came and worked very hard to complete door to attic project in one day. The kept everything very clean. They also found tile and helped fix a small issue we were having in laundry room. Overall very pleased.

II have to say I'm absolutely impressed by this company, David was very communicative and understanding of how I want the specific project done. I had an arch shaped entryway and wanted to install a door that was also arched. It took me about eight companies to find someone that wanted to take on this project and he was able to have this project come to life! He was very patient and walked through the specifications thoroughly to make sure that it was going to be done perfectly. The end of the result of this project came out perfectly! I highly recommend anyone that has projects in the house that other companies can't take on to contact this company they will be able to make it all happen!
