Dan DEFINITELY was a 5-star on all aspects of what a business should offer their customers. He was fast in fixing our printer which was needed to run our business. I recommend his services as well as Thumbtack. I received immediate quotes, and went with Dan because he responded almost immediately with a reasonable quote. He fixed our printer in less that 24hrs, knowing our urgency. In the long run, he saved us money in not needing to replace our printer and guaranteeing his work 100%. VERY happy with all aspects of his services. Thank you Dan!

He was very helpful and even though it turned out that the print head needed to be replaced, he was very up front with me and told me the printer had been discontinued by hp and the head alone would likely drive the cost to repair it to the point it no longer made sense. He also offered to help me find a laser version printer where I would not only be able to readily get parts & supplies but the overall expense would be less in the long run. I would definitely recommend his service.

Dan replied quickly to my request on Thumbtack. His pricing was very reasonable and his quality of service was great. He got our new copier up and running in the office and linked alk our computers to it as well. Everyone was very happy with the work he did. We will not hesitate to call him if we ever need help with things.

Dan Martin at D&D Computer/Audio PRO was HANDS DOWN the best vendor we worked with throughout the entire wedding planning process. From the very beginning, he was responsive and available. He completely understood the vibe we were going for, and he had every guest from age 18 to age 75 enjoying the music. He did an especially amazing job of integrating our "must plays" with his own picks, which we encouraged him do as he got a sense of the crowd. The music selection was the best, and the music earlier in the day was at a perfect background level of noise for the lunch and cocktail hour - no one had trouble hearing each other. Anyways, it was perfect. We will always use D&D Computer Pro in the future. Thank you - Estera Pagura
