- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a free consultation beforehand (either in-person or over the phone) so I can get to know you and your dog and to get more information and make a custom training plan. It's a risk-free way to ensure we're a good match before we begin training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a CPDT-KA (Certified Professional Dog Trainer — Knowledge Assessed) title issued through the leading independent certifying organization for the dog training profession, the CCPDT (Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers). I have over 5 years of experience professionally working with pets. I've also mentored under other long-established trainers to gain the skills I have today. Dog training is a constantly developing field and I am always staying up-to-date with the latest research and knowledge.
