Igor of Urban Electric Co. was friendly and professional, as was able to rush over a day earlier than expected (faster than any other professional electrician) to assess our urgent situation for a new tankless water heater when our old traditional tank unit died unexpectedly. For several years it has been my vision to install a modern tankless water heater in our 1936 home, an appliance that would require significant new electrical wiring in our cramped old basement. His quote for my project was very reasonable, though his availability to work on the job wouldn't begin for another week. Ultimately we decided a week without hot water was too long to wait, so we replaced our old tank-style water heater ourselves with a new one of the same traditional type. Now that I am not in a desperate rush to get hot water again, I still hope to be able to install the tankless unit in the coming weeks with more careful planning. I sincerely appreciated Igor's in-home evaluation, and would not hesitate to call him again when the time comes to upgrade.

Igor responded quickly to my request, came out and gave me a fair quote and showed up early on the day he was scheduled to do the work. Igor and his associate worked fast and clean and all three projects look and work great. Will hire Igor again soon for the next phase of projects at our house

Igor was very professional, efficient, and price was very reasonable. He arrived on time, got right to work, and finished my crystal chandelier install perfectly! Needed multiple lights replaced with new fixtures..we negotiated the price ahead and Igor showed up and handled all 8 replacements himself -one was a chandelier on a 20 foot ceiling but he brought in a big ladder and did it by himself(another co.told me they would have 2 people do it)..all was done in a timely manner and everything works fine.

We provide all basic services at an hourly rate. For projects that may take more than just couple of hours we can provide estimates.

We like to introduce ourselves and make the customer comfortable with knowing that they are hiring licensed experienced electricians.

We are licensed, bonded and insured. We carry Electrical Licensing State Issued ID's with us at all times.
