De'Onn is amazing! He was so professional and even though quoted the job at 1.5 hours, he completed within 30 min. He took a look at the closet light fixture. He went and got a few tools from his truck and got to work. He removed and explained what went wrong with the previous fixture and it was a potential fire hazard. I also appreciated how he described the lighting color variations and helped us to select one that offered a match to what our condo lighting was set too. Then, easily installed the new fixture I had purchased from Amazon. I'd recommend him in a heart beat!

We had a few small electrical issues that needed some professional recommendations. Unfortunately, it was a much bigger project than we expected. Deonn was gracious with his time and was patient as we talked through all the options. He didn't end up working on it since I needed to think through all the options. He didn't charge me for coming out and doing the consultation. He was fantastic! Would definitely recommend him.

My pricing is fair and competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to the request on the thumbtack with a opening letter. Then I would work out a time to come and look at the job or if the customer know what they want then I would go and do the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through a 4 year apprentice course. I've been working in the electrical field for 20 years. I've done a lot of different work. Commercial, Residential, and industrial.
