Most excellent service! Petr repaired our washer-dryer, and even straightened out and taped up the drip pan, and also fixed the sliding door for the washer area! He went above and beyond the task, and fixed everything that he saw needed fixing. You will be fortunate if this man works on your appliances.

Had problem with Bosch dishwasher. Petr was very professional and tidy. Answered all my questions, explained every step of diagnose process and then repair process. Efficient and effective. Showed me the issue and had fixed it quickly! I appreciate Petr's profeccionalism, honesty and work ethic.

Awesome! I’ll make a long story short hopefully. I bought a Sears Kenmore dishwasher basically six months before I completed my remodel. Once I finished the remodel installed the $900 Kenmore. Here’s where the fun started - the dishwasher didn’t work, it would turn on dump the dishwasher fluid the drain and turn off. I called Sears for service and they sent out a tech. The tech never took out his tools, pushed a few buttons found a code then ordered a replacement part. This went on for months, ten times Sears came out and could never fix it. Then Sears tells me my one years warranty is running out, Sears spent twice as much in labor and material then the dishwasher is worth. I posted a review on Sears website. Hers the good part, Petr came to service the dishwasher, logically troubleshot it and had it running in less than an hour. He was very methodical about figuring out the repair shop and kept me in the loop all along. The dishwasher now works great and most importantly I don’t have to spend $$$ and wait six Months for a new dishwasher. Awesome work!! Very clean!!!Thanks a bunch Petr!!!

Petr did an excellent job repairing my dishwasher. He was a consummate professional. Petr was punctual, explained what needed to be done, and answered all my questions about the appliance.
