Jon Cromer is hands-down the greatest trainer I've ever worked with...and I've had a few over the years! I moved into the area almost a year ago for my career and was very sad to leave my old gym. I had a rough few weeks trying out a couple other trainers in Vancouver and was thrilled to finally meet Jon. He knows exactly how to encourage and motivate me to reach my potential--even when I think I'm having an "off day". I lost inches and lbs the very first week. As if that weren't enough, this guy can always make me laugh. My sessions with Jon are highlights of my otherwise very hectic work weeks.
