My air conditioner broke down, I called them, and they sent a technician out the same night. he fixed the problem and told me how to take care of it. I didnt even think that ac needs care. I recommend the technician Eugene. He knows his stuff.

Called, they came out within 48 hours. Quick diagnosis and shared information. They had to run out to get the part required and returned. Prices were explained and reasonable. Will and would definitely recommend them again.**update**2 week later, furnace not working again (different issue). They actually arrived one day early but unfortunately no one was home (rare ). They returned the next day at the scheduled time and once again, quick diagnosis and repair.Really cannot express how great it is to have found a company that cares and responds to their customers. Will be our go to place for any furnace repairs (and eventual replacement) from now on.Shout out to Eugene and his coworker (sorry, never got his name) for outstanding professionalism.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic fee is $130
also, diagnostic fee is $0 if customer agree whit repairs at the time when technician is on the side
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team will perform a diagnostic assessment to identify any necessary repairs. Following this evaluation, we will inform the customer of the required actions, if any. Upon receiving the customer's approval, we will order any necessary parts, which may require a down payment depending on the items ordered. Once we have received the parts, we will schedule a follow-up visit to address the issue. Additionally, we maintain a selection of basic parts in stock at all times.
