Ken responded quickly to my request for a garage door mechanism tuneup and inspection, coordinating over the phone for a good time and contacting me when he was close to arriving. He seemed really knowledgeable and described what he was doing, the condition of the door, motor, and other parts of the mechanism, and even helped me program the external keypad. He finished pretty quickly, and I was happy with the results--a quieter, less rattly door.

Had them install a garage door opener I bought from Home Depot. Did a very professional looking install in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to figure out. Had I known I would have had a great experience and reasonable install price, would have just went with a full package including the hardware from them to start. Would recommend.

They worked with my schedule to provide fast, expert, thoughtful, and clean service in replacing my old garage door. It was a wonky physical setup and a fast-track timeline, all of which they were able to accommodate. I really appreciate them and would hire them again if I could.
