Conner Edwards from Ponderosa Garage Doors came over service our garage door etc. Excellent job! He went over what he had serviced and how we can keep our door in tip top shape between services. He also set up a Jeep garage door opener as well. He was great to talk with about our door etc.Very knowledgeable and outgoing. Christy and I highly recommend not only Conner but all the great technicians at Ponderosa for the product line a A1 service. Kudos To them!

My 43 year old garage doors needed painting and had a broken spring (with multiple repairs over the years). Connor came out initially and with zero sales pressure I decided to upgrade to Classic Steel doors with a lifetime warranty on springs. I took advantage of a 15% seasonal discount. I waited just over a month for installation by Mike and Deepak. Marcus had mocked up the appearance ahead of time and helped with design. Everyone in this company is unfailingly courteous, easy to work with, knowledgeable and professional. The installation itself was done within the time frame given. I am very happy with the outcome. Their attention to detail, making sure I understood operation and maintenance to keep these quiet doors operating for decades to come, is appreciated.I highly recommend Ponderosa Garage Doors. This company is run with great integrity by Ken. It is clear they are dedicated to superb customer service.

I needed a garage door repaired. Kirk and Darius came out and replaced my old metal rollers with much quieter vinyl rollers (which was sorely needed after almost 40 years) and replaced my old remote. They did a great job and were honest, thorough, and great to work with. They made sure that we knew how to work everything before they left. Would not hesitate to use Ponderosa again based on how well these two gentlemen did their job.
