Introduction
We provide top quality work with a top quality product back to the customer. Everything is about restoring and preserving and if you don't use the right material for the job, you'll be back at square one fairly quickly. Restoring photos and film and everything in between requires a lot of work but seeing the end product is well worth it.
What I like most about this job is the variety of material I have gotten to see. All the historical photos, films, negatives and so on that have come through my office is mind blowing. What's amazing to me is that with every one of these, there is a story to tell. There is so much there and to get people to talk about it just brings out the kid in them.

Darren at Media Matrix corrected a digital copy of a photograph of my parents from 1946. The original photograph had a large crease across my dad's face. The corrected copy was absolutely perfect. In addition to this correction, Darren colorized the photograph. I loved the finished product. I had another restorer do the same work and the results were dreadful, so I am very happy that I found Darren. I will definitely use him in the future as I have other photographs that need restoring.

Darren was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I had over 300 family photos damaged by water. Now I have all but a few of those photos scanned, repaired, and reprinted. His quality of work was very good and I would recommend him to those seeking photo restoration in Vancouver.
