About
Hi, I’m Oleksandr. I work in Portland, OR, Vancouver, WA, and surrounding areas, helping homeowners and rental property owners solve problems properly — not temporarily.
For larger projects, I’m also open to traveling longer distances if needed.
I bring over 16 years of hands-on construction experience, including complex layouts and technical problem-solving.
I’m a licensed Construction LLC contractor in Washington State and fully insured. In Oregon, I operate as an experienced handyman, which allows me to keep pricing flexible while maintaining professional standards.
I focus on accurate diagnosis, practical solutions, and clean, reliable work. No guesswork, no unnecessary upselling — just results that hold up over time.
I understand that every home is different, and every situation requires a thoughtful, flexible approach. I take that into account and work with you to find the solution that makes the most sense for your space and your budget.
If you want it done right the first time — I can help.

Did a great job installing two new kitchen light fixtures (in a 75 year old home) and installing a new kitchen sink faucet (had to work hard in removing the existing fixture). Very happy with the results and he left the kitchen spotless. He had to deal with old electrical wiring and old plumbing, but he did not complain, and explained what challenges he had to overcome. Would highly recommend him for any home repair or improvements!

Oleksandr responded so quickly to our request, fixed the precarious dangling light, disgnosed the issue, and then returned to do the overall repair, which turned out to be tricky and hard and yet he maintained the price he quoted. We were very pleased with the quality of his work, recommend him to others, and will definitely use him again!

Great communication! He came and assessed our broken gate and provided us with very thorough details about the weld job required to fix it. Scheduling was easy and the assessment was very helpful.

From our first meeting online, I was very impressed with Oleksander. I sent him a pretty long punch list of everything from multiple toilets that needed new flushing parts, to light switch replacements, kitchen cabinet repairs, bathroom fans to clean, one to be replaced, a front door to repair, and more. He was eager to come and get to work.
Oleksander arrived on time yesterday, was professional, friendly, and wanted to get straight to business. We did a tour of all the items on the list. He sized it all up, recommended all the items that seemed essential to work on first. He outlined a direct plan to accomplish as much as possible. He worked diligently for eight and a half hours.

Oleksandr has helped on several jobs in our home and I would hire him again. He explains the work that's needed and has been very reasonable on pricing. He's installed both our dishwasher and garbage disposal and both jobs have been done with the utmost quality.
