- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 20% discount on your first job, based on the total project price. I provide free estimates through text and photos. If you prefer an in-person estimate, there is a $20 fee for locations within 40 miles of Portland. I believe in transparency — there are no hidden fees(no one likes them :) ) If a project requires me to pick up materials or make store runs, that time is considered working time. After you’ve worked with me 7 times, you’ll qualify for loyal customer pricing and special discounts. I also offer a small discount for cash payments, since card and bank processing fees can add up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and straightforward. You reach out with details about your project, and you can send photos and a description so I can understand what you need. I’ll give you a free estimate based on that, or we can set up an in-person estimate if needed.Once we go over the details, scope of work, and timeline, we’ll schedule a time that works best for you. I’ll complete the job efficiently and keep you updated along the way. After the work is done, we’ll do a final walkthrough to make sure everything looks good and you’re happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked for over a year in Portland as a helper, where I gained hands-on experience and learned the skills needed to do quality work. During that time, I was involved in different types of projects that helped me build confidence, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Now I’m starting my own journey and focusing on providing reliable, high-quality service on my own.
