- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both hourly rates and fixed-price quotes, depending on the project. We also provide competitive pricing, and in some cases, we’re happy to offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as I receive a lead, I contact the customer right away to schedule a meeting and inspect the project so I can provide a free estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed builder and building inspector courses.
