I highly recommend Kam and his partner for house repairs. They are licensed and insured. Kam is knowledgeable about construction codes and building. He gave me options to fit my budget and charged me according to his estimate. They increased the size of my soffit inflow vents to equal amount of outflow through my house's new apex vents, which my roofer didn't do. They installed new attractive vent covers. He touched up fascia boards that weren't taken care of by my roofer. They replaced and insulated damaged garage walls. They got the job done promptly and cleaned up the jobsite well. He is communicative and kind. I will hire him again when I need more house repairs.

They came in and got right to work replacing and texturing the drywall in a hallway, installed two ceiling light fixtures and somehow managed to repair a sliding door lock without having to replace it! The team was polite and courteous. Thank you for your help!!

Kam absolutely blew us away. I have never experienced someone respond, show up and dedicate themselves to a task as phenomenally as Kam did. My son panicked with a broke chain on his E-bike, and no shop I reached out to was willing to help… but Kam showed up for us at a moments notice, at 10pm after he had already worked a full day. Not only did he fix the chain but he made all the other upgrades my son was begging for like wheels and brakes etc. so he could ride it with his friends the next day. He stayed and made sure it was done correctly and safely. He was fast, brilliant, respectful and kind…as a single mum who cant do certain things mechanically it lifted such a burden…i had been needing someone to help for so long with this project and the moment I texted Kam he was there and literally made all my sons dreams come true. There are not enough words to describe how amazing he is.

I am very pleased with the job that Kam and his helper did installing my wallpaper. It was a long wall, and the paper was a mural. Their work was exceptional. They were meticulous about lining up the seams (they are virtually invisible) and making sure there were no bubbles or gaps. They arrived about 3 hours later than planned due to car trouble, and the job took them about 2 hours longer than they estimated, which cause some inconvenience for me, but they were very professional throughout and I would definitely recommend them!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss the project and review photos or details. For larger jobs, we can schedule an onsite estimate. Then we confirm the scope, price, materials, and schedule before starting. During the project, we keep the customer updated and make sure everything is completed properly before final cleanup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from hands-on work in residential and commercial property repair, maintenance, installation, and remodeling. I continue learning new methods, materials, tools, and building practices to provide reliable and professional results.
