- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide fair and transparent pricing based on the scope of each project. Estimates always include labor and materials unless discussed otherwise. There are no hidden fees. I also offer competitive pricing and work within customer budgets when possible. The final price will always be agreed upon before the project begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the project details and expectations, then visit the site if needed to evaluate the work. After that, I provide a detailed estimate and timeline. Once approved, I schedule the job and complete it with high-quality craftsmanship and clear communication every step of the way. Customer satisfaction is always my priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional training and hands-on experience in residential construction, specializing in tile installation, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and home repairs. I am a licensed general contractor in Washington and Oregon and continue to expand my skills through ongoing training and real-world project experience.
