Richard communicated his arrival time after picking up part, arrived on time and went right to work replacing a bathroom sink and a toilet, then installing a light/fan and mounting a tv to a wall and the quality of work was excellent and at a reasonable price. I would hire him again

He repaired the faucet leaks quickly and we ended up having him work on a couple of tricky electrical issues too. One issue ended up being tougher than we thought but he stuck with it until it was resolved. Great guy!
We even have him scheduled to come back out later this week to move our dining room chandelier.

Richard and Corey arrived right on time and concluded the project in an hour. They had to remove the installed door - then reinstalled it, in order to get it installed leveled. I was stunned they did so in just 1 hour. I will definitely use them again!

Three Knights was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anybody that needs a general contractor. They replaced my gate and reinforced it heavily so that hopefully the same problems won't happen again.
They provided an estimate the same day requested and completed the job the following day - how's that for quick!
They did not have the lowest bid - in fact they were the highest (only by about 15 dollars or so), but I chose them because they thoroughly explained the issues to me and how they would address each one. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and will use them for any work I might need in the future.

He showed up he’s a lovely young man. We could not finish the job because I have too much stuff in my garage. I need to rearrange my garage and then he will be able to put it up at a later date. Now it’s snowing so we’re just going to have to put everything on hold and kind of cancel it.
