- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide clear, upfront estimates for every project so there are no surprises. My pricing is fair and reflects the quality of work and experience I bring. I sometimes offer discounts for repeat customers or multiple services at once, and I always explain any additional fees before starting the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing their needs and inspecting the project. Then I provide a clear estimate with cost and timeline. Once approved, I complete the work efficiently, keeping the customer updated along the way. At the end, I make sure everything works properly and the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed HVAC Technician training at ODECO in Portland, Oregon, and hold a Universal EPA Certification. I also have Electrical Trainee training and hands-on experience with residential and commercial HVAC, electrical systems, and general handyman work.
