We charge a diagnostic fee to properly inspect and identify the issue with your appliance. Most repairs typically start around $220 depending on the problem and parts required. After diagnostics, we provide a clear, upfront estimate before doing any work. We focus on honest pricing — no hidden fees, no upselling. You only pay for what your appliance actually needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact us, we schedule a convenient time for a service visit. Our technician will come out, diagnose the issue, and explain what’s going on with your appliance. We provide a clear repair recommendation and price before starting any work. If you approve, we complete the repair and test everything to make sure it’s working properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience working with a wide range of appliances, including both standard and high-end brands like Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Thermador.
