Wanna had my summer annual check of the sys?Some?I told the technician that I didn't think the system was running correctly. He did some checking and told me.I needed to replace my entire system for about twenty two thousand dollars. I should thank you.Just miss him.And I will never use them again. I joined American home shield.Hoping to get some better advice than what I'd received from the previous technician.. that was almost three months ago. AHS recommended a local HVA.C contractor. To investigate my system. Show, and the past almost 3 months I've had 4 technicians.Take a look at my h b a series system. I told you about the first. The second and third contractor also both told me that I needed a new system.The price is varied. The contractor recommended by american home sbill told me it would be three weeks before they could come out and take a look at sushi. Three weeks later the technician came out spent ten minutes and left. In the meantime it was getting hot out. I called Ram Ramm guestioned, sir and ask them to come out if they could and add refrigerant to my system to at least try to keep the A.C.Running. Chris Ramm responded very quickly.In fact you wanted to come out that shame day and I told you tomorrow would be fine. He came out and put I believe it was 14 pounds of refrigerant into my system.So it would work during the hot period coming and told me at the time that it wasn't enough.He didn't have enough refrigerant that it needed some more. Eight days later the american home shield rep or technician came out to do a league test on my system., here's where it gets interesting? The technician performed the latest every reporter to me after about a half an hour that he found the leak. I was not surprised since the system had been low on refrigerant. The technician showed me a photo of the leak and a look to me like it was a repairable league. It was a pinhole leak on a what look like.A two inch stretch of copper tobing that could be repaired. I have. Been involved in construction management and construction projects for over 40 years and I know copper tubing.Kebby walden especially if it's accessible. The technician told me it could not be prepared and, guess what?; he too said the entire system has to be replaced. That's three out of four so called experts who said I needed to replace my entire system to the tune of probably eighteen to twenty thousand dollars. On a hunch, I contacted Krishna Ram.Guess and air asking if he would come and see what he could do, basically because I trusted him. Chris came out and told me quite like if the problem was on the bottom of the conductor quote, there really was much he could do.If would have to be replaced. I told them do your best and will see what happens. 10 minutes later I walked out to see how things were going.And chris reported that the leak had been fixed!!!!. There was no leak in any line.The loss of refrigerant had come from a cap that had been over tightened and the overing was crushed believe it or no. Instead of crossing me thousands of dollars to a poisonous system that did not need to be replaced, Chris.Save the day in 10 minutes.If that is an achievement to professionalism.I don't know what is. Show, to summer eyes, from now on, the only person that will touch.My HVA system is Chris.Ram from ram. You all would be well advised to hide my advice as I said.I've been in this business a very long time.And chris is a person you can trust.t. Please pardon my typos. But you get my idea"See more

I had all my air ducts cleaned. They called before they came to let me know they were on their way. They showed me all the equipment they were going to use and talked to me about the entire process.
