Finally found cleaners who leave me with ZERO complaints each time! The last service I found on here showed up when I needed them to the first time, then every time after the day before each scheduled cleaning, they'd call and reschedule for the most inconvenient times I could imagine, and they seemed to rush the job more and more, and had some entitled, trust fund college brat vibe about them. So after firing them, I found OSA. They are insanely thorough, professional, kind, punctual, and just leagues better than I hoped for! I always pay them extra because their rates are so low that I make sure to pay them what I paid the last cleaners I had (who charged significantly more for significantly less care and service) since I feel guilty paying so much less than I'm used to. Hire them and pay them extra! They deserve it!
