- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The total price will depend on the amount of work needed. Therefore, a better understanding of the project will help me to quote more exact price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a smaller project I like to discuss details over the phone and complete the job in one visit. With bigger jobs, I usually come out to estimate the time and material for a more accurate quote and schedule a job at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a 4-year JATC apprenticeship program in Portland, Oregon. In addition to that, I have had more training for the supervising/administrative license in WA.
