- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies from state to state in order to comply with local rules and regulations. Please feel free to contact us directly via our website, our facebook page or phone, and we will be happy to answer any questions you have. In general local moves are charged an hourly rate, and long distance moves are charged based on weight and distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to help guide new customers through the professional moving experience. We prefer to complete a free visual estimate for you if possible, but we're also happy to provide basic information like hourly rates and ballpark estimates over the phone if you're still just trying to figure out if this is for you. We prefer when new customers contact us directly through our website or Facebook since we often do not pay the fee to respond to inquiries received through this platform since we receive so many word of mouth referrals now.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Two things: 1. Always get an estimate first - it sets you up for realistic expectations! The best most accurate estimate is a visual estimate. 2. If you have any concerns, or hesitations, Stop and Ask. We are committed to providing as much education about your specific move, the moving industry, and our company as you would like to know. A well informed customer is a happy customer!
