FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer transparent, upfront pricing based on the number of notarizations and location. Standard notarizations are $15 per signature (in person) and $25 for remote online notarizations. Travel fees vary based on distance. Same-day and after-hours appointments may be available upon request. I always confirm total pricing before the appointment so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can reach out by call, text, or message to schedule an appointment. I confirm the type of notarization, number of documents, and location, then provide a clear quote. I offer mobile service (I come to you) or remote online notarization, depending on your needs. At the appointment, I verify identification, complete the notarization, and ensure everything is done accurately and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Notary Public and have completed professional notary training, including loan signing agent certification and background screening through the National Notary Association (NNA). I am also a certified paralegal with multiple years of experience in the legal field, which supports my attention to detail, professionalism, and understanding of document handling.
