Whatever services you are inquiring of will be described and transparently presented, pricing included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them a couple of initial questions to determine what service package they'll most likely be needing, and then we plan an in-person or online meeting to discuss things in further detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing personal and professional events for most of my life.
