My end goal is to build up a professional portfolio, while gaining experience of my craft by meeting your service needs. My service fees are minimal to none, and I am open to negotiating services for my own experience gains. However, I ask that initial food costs be covered for any service provided by you. I will provide the necessary tools. I also request that services be provided in your own home or place of your choosing. As my skill is still in the developmental stage, I prefer to discuss abilities on an individual basis to see if your needs can be met; this way, I can provide greater detail of what I have to offer. As a culinary graduate from a professional baking program, I can perform the basic functions of baking and decorating. I am also accomplished in chocolate and pastry production. What I am offering is not for everyone, and I request that you take under advisement that I am not a fully fledged professional and have minimum experience baking in a professional setting. However, for those who are willing to give an eager beginner with an ardent desire to perform to the best of my ability a shot, this might be the right fit for you. I would never commit to a task I felt beyond my level, and if it was decided that I am not exactly what you're looking for, I could even steer you in the right direction to getting what you want as I am fully up-to-date on the best bakeries, pastry artists and trends.
