- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary based on the amount of training sessions needed per week. Once we sit down and chat we will both have a better understanding of what’s needed to achieve the desired goal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sitting down and talking about each individuals fitness goals. I ask questions in regards to diet, sleep, lifestyle , work. This a great opportunity to get to know the clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports medicine. I also hold a second degree black belt in taekwondo. I’m a mixed martial arts conditioning specialist and incorporate boxing into my training program. American Red Cross CPR/AED first aid certified
