- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, plumbing comes down to technician time and materials used. There may also be small charges for mileage or personal protective equipment, and an hourly rate for specialty equipment like a drain/sewer camera, broken pipe locator, or high pressure jetting equipment to clear clogged lines.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Fixtures, leaky pipes, and clogged drains are our most common work. We also specialize in large commercial jobs, remodels, or new construction, but are adaptable to anything a customer may need.
