- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
At Vivid we would highly recommend you avoid Computer Shops with long waiting lists or shops that hold your computer for an extended period of time (2-3 weeks). Avoid "Big Name" stores that often higher under trained inexperienced technicians. When possible if looking for a new computer always give your local shop a try before heading to the larger stores, often you will find a better deal and better service. You will almost always find a higher quality computer from a local business. While there are some mobile only services advertised locally in our experience we have found you will always receive better service in a shop then you will out of the back of a van or out of someones home.
