- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size and height of the home, roof condition, moss buildup, gutter condition, and accessibility. We provide a clear, detailed estimate for approval before work begins. No additional work is completed without the homeowner’s approval. Senior and military discounts are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by reviewing the property address, requested services, and any available photos. We can often prepare an estimate remotely or schedule an on-site visit when needed. Once approved, we schedule the service, send appointment reminders, inspect and photograph the work area, complete the work, clean up related debris, and provide before-and-after photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than two years of experience in roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, moss treatment, and preventative roof maintenance. Local Pros NW is a licensed, bonded, and insured Washington contractor.
