I submitted a request for a small roof repair and once their rep came and we had walked the roof and discussed the repair he told me that they don't do roof repairs - they do whole roofs. Apparently responding to small job requests is their way of finding homeowners who have a roof that is at the end of its life so they can sell them a new roof. All in all, nice people, but keep this in mind if you're looking for any repairs because they don't do them.
