Austins industrial & commercial experience serves him very well. He is able to apply that knowledge of more sophisticated technologies and techniques to his customers. Most residential contractors will be limited to only what the have experienced in the residential market. Austin and his team were very professional and responsive. They performed quality work, offered quality products and extensive warranties. Platinum Roofing provides you with the large corporation experience (knowledge, product options, license & bonding, cost savings) with the benefits of a small companys direct communication and personalized customer service. We live in the Northwest where it is very wet and windy. This makes it very challenging to properly seal a roof and avoid all of the expensive damages that can occur if you dont. Replacing a roof is also a significant investment that needs to be done right and last a long time. So if you are in search of an experienced, dependable professional roofing company that provides extensive coverage and warranties. Austin and Platinum Roofing is the company you need to call for a free inspection and bid. I highly recommend them.Juan D.

I had a leak in my roof over my bedroom which started to leak onto my bed. Another roofing company had come by and "fixed" it, yet it still leaked. Austin from Platinum roofing, was not only quick in his response, but was professional, punctual, knowledgeable and very thorough in his work and he also showed empathy in my desire to have the repair completed quickly yet completely. I have had no problems with the roof since. I would recommend Platinum roofing to anyone who needs a roof repair/total roof replacement.
