Their price came in considerably lower than three other companies we received bids from, and their service exceeded expectations.When we asked for changes to the contract language, they made the revisions without hesitation. The owner personally came out to address our concerns, which really showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.The crew arrived on time, completed the job within the promised timeframe, and the roof looks fantastic. We had a sudden leak around a window casing that needed to be assessed. We contacted Valiant on a referral, and Jason came out later that same afternoon! He was able to quickly assess the cause, verified everything with pictures, then gave us a reasonable solution. He then did the repairs to the problem roof vent as well as reinforce all remaining vents. We were thrilled with the professionalism and urgency in which Jason treated our issue. We would HIGHLY recommend Valiant for your needs.
