- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is usually necessary to tailor pricing to individual clients. However, the Standard Package that includes mowing, edging, weed control, and fertilizing starts at $195.00 per month. We also offer auto-payment options to aid our billing and invoicing, which saves everyone time. Our cost is very comparable to what it would cost a homeowner to maintain their own lawn once cost of equipment and maintenance is considered, custom blended high-end fertilizers, quality seed, commercial equipment, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally speaking we meet and go over the needs of the customer, be it a business, home, or rental unit. We can scale the needs of the client to fit not only their budget, but their needs as well. We go over what Neighborhood Lawn Care can provide, and we typically learn what they are looking for in a company. From there we write out a proposal and email it off. It usually takes only a couple of days from the call to the customer getting a firm price quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We avidly research our field of business. And are never satisfied with what we know. There will always be professionals that are honing their craft, so we have to stay on top of the game as well. Books, magazines, online publications, and blogs are all weekly resources that we utilize to broaden our knowledge of my field. There is also regular training that we take part in.
