What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Octomaids offers firm and final pricing in the very beginning. We don't provide you an estimate and then change that fee when we arrive. All we ask is that you schedule an in home estimate, (if you live in Clark County, WA), or a virtual estimate conducted over video if you live outside of Clark County, WA.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service delivery personnel are all owner / operators of entrepreneurial businesses in your community. As a condition of membership, these SMB's agree to offer green / natural cleaning products that we suggest in the operation of their business activities.
