I called Jason, he picked up right away. We talked for a few mins and he easily identified the problem over the phone. Said he could come out the next morning, which is exactly what he did. Since I wasn't home, he then texted me what he did with photos. Very professional, will hire again on any future needed projects / fixes.

He is detail oriented and was very responsive in providing the quote , confirming the scope and details for the renovation project.
