I had ten very neglected and large shrubs that needed shaping and trimming. Kai spent time first asking me what I wanted done and how I wanted each to look like. After hours of work I was totally satisfied with the results especially the shaping of the Japanese holly, the barberry and the euonymus hedge.
Kai was amazing! He came and trimmed up our sad rhododendrons, trimmed an evergreen and removed another! Strongly recommend

We got a notice of violation from the city because of some overgrown ivy. We were under time constraints (had to meet a deadline) & Kai was able to come out on short notice & take care of it swiftly. He was punctual, communicated the whole way through & did a great job trimming back the ivy bushes. Highly recommend & will gladly hire Kai for future jobs.
Just moved into a house with huge unattractive shrubs that I wanted removed to allow for flower beds. Kai, at Aloha Elite Services, came at the agreed on time, finished the work quickly, and cleaned it all up for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him.
Aloha Elite delivered fantastic work trimming my 20 ft laurel hedges down to a manageable height. He was punctual, efficient, and incredibly nice, and was super well-priced. i’ll absolutely be calling again when i need more landscaping done.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a fair price, yet more affordable than hiring out a bigger commercial company. I'm always willing to work with someones budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as many details from clients as possible to see how they feel about their yard or certain plants on the property. I also offer a free face time walk through for people who are out of town or can’t make it to the property but still want to point things out and go over things.
