I always assess the local market to make sure my quotes are in line with the going rates, (or less).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone or e- mail discussion to see if we are a good fit, meeting at the job site, submitting a free quote, follow ups as necessary, signing the contract, getting to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ years experience teaches one a lot!
