I contracted Prime Woodwork and Design to build a coffee station. Unfortunately the pictures don’t quite do the piece justice. It is absolutely beautiful and Andrey delivered exactly what I had in mind and more. He was very detailed, thoughtful, and a perfectionist. Additionally, the build feels sturdy and of great quality, something that was very hard for me to find from a traditional cabinet retailer. Would strongly recommend for woodwork needs.

Andrey was excellent and finished the task before time without compromising on the quality of work. The Murphy bed was assembled very well and is very sturdy as well. He communicated his requirements and also was very punctual. I would for sure hire him for any other assembly and highly recommend his work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to give a hard quote. If a project is difficult to estimate duration I will give an hourly rate but that isn't typical. My prices aren't cheap, but the cheapest quote isn't necessarily the best quality.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically want to get as much information as possible from the customer about the project, whether it's via email or in person. I do want to meet in person if it's a project that requires installation. I follow up a few times throughout the project to keep the customer updated.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience in various types of woodworking and 8+ years in commercial finish carpentry
