Introduction: I almost always hear that I was the only Designer they spoke to who didn't mind doing a "flat rate" Design fee for smaller projects. People don't like uncertainty. When they haven't used a professional Designer before especially. $150 per hour can sound pretty scary not knowing what the final bill will be but a flat fee of $500 for a small bedroom or home office is very doable. I know how many design hours it takes me to design and source a small room. So I think my service stands out for the beautiful quality design work that is obtainable on everyones budget. The "big reveal" of course! Its so very satisfying to see the look on someones face when they see their new rooms. One Client cried and said "I never thought I would ever have a beautiful bedroom like this!" It was so sweet. Everyone deserves to be surrounded by comfort and beauty in their own home.
