- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is a bit different - from taing to measuring surface area. The only way to provide the most accurate price is to give you a free in-home estimate. We’ll talk about the specifics of your job, and get an idea of what your vision for the project is. If someone gives you a price, sight unseen, they’re not a pro. Our prices never change throughout the course of the job!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free (now virtual!) consultation, then, once you've selected us, we move into prep and a walk-through to confirm what we discussed during your estimate. We protect all furniture, floors, etc. During the painting process, we meticulously apply your paint, evaluate if any repairs are needed (and confirm with you), put on the finishing touches, and complete a final walk through with you. This is a true partnership with you, and our job is to make sure you are happy with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each painter goes through a rigorous training program to ensure that s/he meets the 360 standards.
